How to Use the EMOM Timer

1.

Set your exercise time (usually 1 minute) and total duration

2.

Start the timer and begin your exercise when the first minute starts

3.

Rest for the remaining time in the minute, then repeat at the start of the next minute

4.

Continue until the timer completes your set rounds
